The Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) is a non-profit membership organization comprised of software vendors, school districts, state departments of education and other ordanizations, who have come together to create a set of rules and definitions to enable software programs from different companies to share information.
Core Curriculum Content Standards
The Core Curriculum Content Standards were created to improve student achievement by clearly defining what
all students should know and be able to do at the end of thirteen years of public education.
Frameworks
The frameworks provided classroom teachers and
curriculum specialists with sample teaching strategies, adaptations, and background information
relevant to each of the content areas.
